Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide through the contact form, job application form and PROZA, including names, email addresses, optional phone numbers, company information, project details, conversation history, résumés and portfolio links.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, evaluate job applications, provide requested services, improve the website and PROZA, protect the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use Supabase for database and private file storage, Vercel for hosting, OpenAI for optional AI conversations, Resend for transactional email, Google Maps for the location map, and UptimeRobot for availability monitoring. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
AI conversations
Messages sent to PROZA may be processed by OpenAI and stored in Supabase when they contain enquiry details. Do not send sensitive financial, medical, identity or confidential information through the assistant.
Job applications
CVs are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. Access is limited to authenticated Service Proz administrators through short-lived signed links.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations and legitimate business records. We use access controls, encrypted transport and private storage, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing service.proz.hq@gmail.com. Some records may be retained when required by law or legitimate business needs.
Children
This business website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
